Planning-band worksheet

Seven answers. A planning band. Not a scan.

This takes about fifteen minutes. We ask for no credentials and no content. Nothing leaves this browser. We run a published formula on the numbers you enter. We give you a tier and a three-line year-one planning band — never a single price.

Who
Your team

Count people whose work is documents, email, and decisions — not total headcount. Use 0.5 if your company is six months old. Use 0 to connect from today and leave history unrecorded.

Month-one pack

The starter pack is Gmail and Drive. Calendar and GitHub do not change the planning band at this precision.

Scope

Do you need Slack, Microsoft 365, a CRM, or on-prem file shares in month one?

Asked to pick the right package. The starter pack (Gmail + Drive) is the design-partner path; a bigger month-one connector set is a Standard install, quoted as such.

Are you a Google Workspace organization, not a personal Gmail account?

Asked to confirm the connection path. This path connects through an Internal OAuth client your Workspace admin approves and can revoke at any time. Personal Gmail parks this path for now — wait for a later path, or talk Standard with us.

Must your company's data stay in accounts you control?

Asked to scope what the quote covers. Mnemma installs are built around company data staying in accounts you control; if that is not a requirement for you, the worksheet saves you the quote and points at a simpler tool instead.

Are many of your files scanned paper or image PDFs?

Asked because scanned pages take more work to read. A yes widens the processing side of your band by a fixed factor (×1.25) so the estimate stays honest about that work.

We submit nothing. Print or take a screenshot of the worksheet if you want a record.
